Finished at the gym just in time to make a quick run to one of my favorite (and convenient) sunset spots. Unfortunately, I forgot to bring my tripod connector so I couldn't use my tripod, which introduces a great deal of challenges in taking long exposure photographs. In this example today, I rested the photo on a rock and used the 2 second timer mode to ensure the camera stayed as still as possible. This photo was taken for 2 seconds, which gave me enough time to see the movement of the water, but not too long to just have it completely smoothed out. This is one exposure, not an HDR or merged exposure, post-processed in Lightroom and Nik Color Efex Pro. Enjoy.
